I ship using United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail or Priority Mail, or several UPS options. Orders of a few usually go out within 3 days. Large orders take longer.
If you live outside the US, please be aware your country may charge a fee for imported goods. The shipping label is required to contain a customs form declaring the value of the package's contents. Please include your phone number in your order; the shipping label asks for it, and it may help your customs office contact you.
For international purchases, buyers are responsible for any customs fees.
At checkout, you will select between USPS and UPS options and pay actual shipping costs (no added fees from us).
Some countries deliver quicker than others.
In many instances, I can no longer track packages once they leave US soil.
In the rare instance a package is missing:
First, track your order using the USPS tracking number HERE. Click on "Check order status" in the shipping confirmation email to find the tracking number.
After tracking it, if you are concerned that it is indeed lost, contact us for help at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case you've contacted us and we've determined that sufficient time has elapsed for delivery, we can replace the product. The buyer, in this case, would pay the new shipping cost with insurance required this time to help insure a safe, secure delivery.
