DOMESTIC (United States)
I ship using United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail. Orders usually go out within 3 days. USPS First Class shipping is free (included in your order) within the United States.
If you need it sooner than USPS First Class Mail, contact me to arrange UPS Ground. It usually arrives in 2 days and costs roughly $12 more to ship.
If you live outside the US, please be aware your country may charge a fee for imported goods. The shipping label is required to contain a customs form declaring the value of the package's contents. Please include your phone number in your order; the shipping label asks for it, and it may help your customs office contact you.
For international purchases, buyers are responsible for any customs fees.
In early 2018, USPS changed its international shipping policy which meant we could no longer ship shammies in an envelope and had to now call it a package. This caused a huge increase in shipping costs. We apologize but we have to charge what USPS charges. The most economical way around it is to order several shammies at once.
1-4 Shammies = $16 (Canada is $14 because shipping is cheaper to Canada from the US; Australia $18 because rates went up)
5-16 Shammies = $25 (Canada $15; Australia $28 because rates went up)
17 or more Shammies = $35 (Canada $25; Australia $40 because rates went up)
If you want to pay for Priority Mail or another method, please contact me for rates.
Some countries deliver quicker than others. Although we can't guarantee delivery dates, from experience please note:
Italy, Russia, Greece, and Denmark - can be a month or more, but has been as short as 12 days
Belgium - can be 3 weeks or more, but has been as short as 1 week
Australia, France, Germany, Hungary, New Zealand, and Spain - can be 2 weeks or more
Canada - usually arrives in 1 week
In some instances, I can no longer track packages once they leave US soil.
In the rare instance a package is missing:
First, track your order using the USPS tracking number HERE. Click on "Check order status" in the shipping confirmation email to find the tracking number.
After tracking it, if you are concerned that it is indeed lost, contact us for help at email@example.com.
In the case you've contacted us and we've determined that sufficient time has elapsed for delivery, we can replace the product. The buyer, in this case, would pay the new shipping cost with insurance required this time to help insure a safe, secure delivery.
